Description
Villa Sila Varee is a beautiful 5-bedroom villa set high on a private hillside estate, Santhikiri Estate, in the unspoilt area of Laem Set, in the south of Koh Samui: an area known for its pristine beaches and mesmerising views.
The villa enjoys jaw-dropping views of the Gulf of Siam and the nearby tropical islands of Koh Tan and Koh Matsum, and a strategic location, as it is only a 5-minute drive from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, places like Laem Set Beach, Bang Kao Beach, Nahai Beach and Natien Beach. In this area guests will find renowned wellness centres and local restaurants, however, if they prefer a more sophisticated entertainment they can head to the north of the island: the bustling and vibrant Bophut and Chaweng are within a 40-minute drive of the villa.
Outdoor living areas
Nestled amongst lush vegetation and boasting breathtaking uninterrupted views, Villa Sila Varee is spread over three levels and offers the perfect tropical getaway for families or groups of friends seeking utmost relaxation, luxury and total privacy.
The main outdoor living area is located on the medium level and it consists of a gorgeous limestone terrace fitted with an infinity swimming pool overlooking the spectacular ocean and furnished with sun loungers and an all-weather sofa. On this same terrace is also a barbecue corner with a covered kitchen and 6-seater dining table.
On the upper level is another large terrace, adjacent to the indoor living room, furnished with a dining table for 12, coffee tables and comfortable chairs.
Indoor living areas
The villa's indoor spaces boast a contemporary Asian style and feature hardwood floors, high-vaulted ceilings and antique Burmese, Tibetan, and Balinese furniture. All these elements blend harmoniously with the property's modern amenities and help create an ambience that is homey and luxurious at the same time.
The living room of the villa is located on the top floor and comprises a lounge area with comfortable sofas and arm-chairs, a fully equipped kitchen and a round dining table for 4. This space is surrounded by beautiful glass folding doors, allowing guests to enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf of Siam from every corner of the room.
Bedrooms
The villa has five gorgeously appointed bedrooms, all featuring air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms.
The two master bedrooms of the property are detached from the main house, located on its sides, and are called the Sila Bedroom and the Varee Bedroom. These gorgeous and huge suites boast fantastic views and feature four-poster king size beds, desks, lounge areas with sofas, fridges and beautiful terraces with sun loungers. Both bathrooms also have a jacuzzi bathtub, double vanity and shower.
Overlooking the terrace pool are the guest bedrooms 3 and 4. These suites have twin beds which can be converted into double beds, and ensuite bathrooms with rain showers. The guest bedroom 5 is instead located on the bottom floor and enjoys beautiful views of the hillside and of the sea. The suite is fitted with a king size bed and also features a private bathroom with shower.
Staff
A professional and friendly staff will be available full time to take care of all guest needs. The team comprises a private chef, a villa manager, housekeepers, gardeners and security guards. A delicious daily breakfast is included in the villa rate and any extra service such as babysitting, day tour organisation and in-villa massages can be easily arranged upon request.

The villa was amazing and the view was fantastic, We enjoyed so much here. Special mention to the staff of the villa who were very very kind, helpful and cooperative. I have travelled to many places in Thailand, but I never met this kind of polite staff. They seemed like our family members. Our kids also liked them very much. Overall, it was a great hospitality experience. I would like to visit this place again and again! Thanks to all.
