Villa Tievoli is a spectacular 7-bedroom beachfront luxury villa positioned right on the pristine shores of Natai Beach, just a few kilometres north of Phuket Island. The property is located within the exclusive Sava Beach Villas estate, which includes other six gorgeous luxury accommodation and fronts this amazing 10-kilometre stretch of immaculate sands offering breathtaking ocean views.
Natai Beach is a tranquil and relaxing area boasting a fabulous rural settings and beautiful turquoise waters, perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. Along the beach are also some fantastic resorts, such as The Aleenta and the Iniala Beach, both offering award-winning restaurants, while Phuket's most touristic destinations are only an hour away. In the region where the villa is located is also one of Thailand's most popular national parks, Ao Phang Nga: an unspoilt area of the Strait of Malacca characterised by native mangrove forests and dotted with gorgeous limestone tower karst islands, the most famous being Khao Phing Kan, aka James Bond Island.
Villa Tievoli will offer the ultimate tropical beachfront experience to families and groups of friends. The property is also ideal to host fabulous parties, celebrations and weddings.
The other properties included in the complex are the six-bedroomed Villa Amarelo, Villa Cielo, Villa Essenza and Villa Malee Sai, and the four-bedroomed Villa Roxo and Villa Aqua. These amazing beachfront accommodations can also be combined and rented together to host large groups.
Outdoor living areas
The outdoor area of the villa is a stunning beachfront space offering amazing facilities where to relax and spend unforgettable moments within family and friends.
The area includes a gorgeous 25-meter lap swimming pool extending towards the ocean and a fantastic garden with a beautifully manicured lawn, a relaxation peak-roofed gazebo and a private access to Natai Beach. Next to the pool is a deck fitted with comfy sun loungers and an amazing outdoor lounge area with sofas, barbecue corner, 14-seater dining table and cocktail bar.
The most active guests can also enjoy the kayaks made available by the property.
Indoor living areas
Villa Tievoli boasts a clean and contemporary architectural design, and a gorgeous interior décor. The main living room is positioned facing the pool and the ocean, and is fitted with an amazing oversized sofa and a billiard table. Thanks to gorgeous glass sliding doors, the space fully opens to the pool terrace in front and to the reflecting pool behind, by the entrance, to create an airy indoor-outdoor living space. Alternatively, it can be closed up in the hottest hours to enjoy the air conditioning.
Adjacent to the main living area is the media room, which is fitted with a home theatre system and stylish sofas. On the same side of the villa is the private spa area, which includes two massage beds, a terrazzo bathtub, both dry and steam saunas and a salon room with professional styling equipment. Adjacent to the salon is the children’s bunk room that also functions as an indoor play space with a TV and toys.
On the other side of the villa is instead a beautiful glass encased dining room with a 12-seater table and a guest kitchen.
Bedrooms
Villa Tievoli has seven fantastic bedrooms and can host up to 14 adults (two of the six double bedrooms have an additional single bed) plus 4 children (in the bunk beds room).
The property boasts two gorgeous Master Bedrooms, one on the ground floor facing the garden and one on the upper level. Both suites enjoy jaw-dropping ocean views and feature king size beds, floor-to-ceiling glass door, walk-in wardrobes, flat screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms with showers (the ground floor master suite also boasts a sunken terrazzo tub).
The four Guest Bedrooms, two located on the ground floor and two on first floor, are also beautiful and comfortable. All suites boast wardrobes and TVs, two have king size beds, one has twin beds and the last one features a queen size bed. The first floor bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, while the ground floor ones share a bathroom, fitted with a terrazzo bathtub.
The seventh suite is the Kids Bedroom, which has two sets of bunk beds, a TV, a PlayStation and many toys and books. This bedroom also enjoys a private bathroom with small-size sinks and toilet.
Staff
The villa boasts a friendly and professional staff, which will offer a 5-star service and will assist the guests in anything they might need. The team comprises a villa manager, maids, full-time chefs, full-time spa therapists and the estate security staff. Included in the rate are three complimentary treatments from the spa menu and a delicious daily breakfast. Guests can also use the estate’s well-equipped gym.

We all had so much fun and wonderful time here! We love it so much that we want to come back already. All staff have shown great hospitality beyond our expectations. You have made us feel at home while enjoying luxurious experience as we were staying at a 6 star hotel! Special thanks to Kumpa and Óui who assist us in every way. They make us feel special and we all did. Villa's chef is superb too. we enjoyed every meal, no trips to restaurant were required! We can go on and on, but long story short, we love it here period!
