Villa Essenza is a idyllic 6-bedroom beachfront luxury villa positioned on the magnificent shores of Natai Beach, just a few kilometres north of Phuket Island. The property is located within the exclusive Sava Beach Villas estate, which includes other six luxury accommodations, all fronting this amazing 10-kilometre stretch of immaculate sands and offering breathtaking ocean views.
Natai Beach is a tranquil and relaxing area boasting beautiful rural settings and fabulous turquoise waters, perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. Along the beach are also some fantastic resorts, such as The Aleenta and the Iniala Beach, both offering award-winning restaurants, while Phuket's most touristic destinations are only an hour away. In the region where the villa is located is also one of Thailand's most amazing national parks, Ao Phang Nga: an unspoilt area of the Strait of Malacca characterised by native mangrove forests and dotted with gorgeous limestone tower karst islands, the most famous being Khao Phing Kan, aka James Bond Island.
Villa Essenza surely offers the ultimate tropical beachfront experience to families and groups of friends. The property is also ideal to host fabulous parties, celebrations and weddings, as it can fit up to 80 people seated and 120 standing.
The other properties included in the complex are the seven-bedroomed Villa Tievoli, the six-bedroomed Villa Amarelo, Villa Cielo and Villa Malee Sai, and the four-bedroomed Villa Roxo and Villa Aqua. These amazing beachfront accommodations can also be combined and rented together to host large groups.
Outdoor living areas
With more than an acre of manicured beachfront land Villa Essenza is a dream for outdoor lovers. The magnificent tropical gardens are ample enough for hosting unforgettable events or simply enjoying some relaxing time with family and friends.
At the center of this U-shaped property is the gorgeous 25-metre infinity swimming pool, which extends towards the ocean and is surrounded by a spacious solarium furnished with sun loungers. On its side is also a fantastic barbecue dining area comfortably shaded by a canopy, while on the beachfront lawn we have a beautiful relaxation gazebo and a direct access to the stunning Natai Beach.
The spacious lawns of the villa are also perfect for kids to play and run around. The one on the back is also large enough so that the sporty guests can make use of the villa’s volleyball and football equipments. The property also provides bodyboards, kayaks, standup paddle boards and life jackets.
Indoor living areas
Villa Essenza’s living areas have been designed to blend the villa’s luxurious and contemporary interior spaces with the superb tropical surrounds, allowing for ease of movement and airflow.
Set under a beautiful high vaulted ceiling roof is the main living room, which opens onto both the pool area at the front and the large garden on the back, through large glass sliding doors. The lounge has been furnished with a gorgeous sofa for relaxing in cool comfort while admiring the breathtaking ocean. Adjacent to the main living area is a lovely TV room, a cosy spot for movie-watching.
The living area also connects to the dining and kitchen area, where floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors on three sides let the amazing tropical sun light up the room. This room features a dining table for 14 and a modern guest kitchen.
Bedrooms
Villa Essenza has six beautiful bedrooms can comfortably host 13 adults.
There are two gorgeous Master Bedrooms, both with king size beds and outstanding ocean views. One is located on the ground floor, opening directly onto the garden, and featuring a private patio and an ensuite bathroom with sunken terrazzo tub. The other master suite is found on the upper level and boasts a balcony, a sitting area and a private bathroom with double vanity and shower.
The villa also features four other beautiful Guest Bedrooms. The two suites located on the ground floor share a bathroom with a terrazzo bathtub. One has a queen size bed and one has twins. The remaining two suites are instead found upstairs, one a queen bedded room (which has also an additional single bed) and one twin room, both featuring private bathrooms with showers.
Staff
The villa boasts an amazing and professional staff, which will offer a 5-star service and will assist the guests in anything they might need. The team comprises a villa manager, maids, full-time chefs and the estate security staff. Included in the rate is a delicious daily breakfast. The guests can also use the estate’s well-equipped gym free of charge.

5/5Dearest team, Thank you for the wonderful hospitality for the past four days. The food was amazing and we never had a chance to feel hungry! Everyone enjoyed the pool and utilities. Unfortunately, we came during the monsoon season and the weather kept us indoors. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and wish the team all the best
