Description
Villa Aqua is a gorgeous 4-bedroom ocean-view villa positioned on the magnificent shores of Natai Beach, just a few kilometres north of Phuket Island. The property is located within the exclusive Sava Beach Villas estate, which includes other six luxury accommodations, all fronting this amazing 10-kilometre stretch of immaculate sands and offering breathtaking ocean views.
Natai Beach is a tranquil and relaxing area boasting beautiful rural settings and fabulous turquoise waters, perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. Along the beach are also some fantastic resorts, such as The Aleenta and the Iniala Beach, both offering award-winning restaurants, while Phuket's most touristic destinations are only an hour away. In the region where the villa is located is also one of Thailand's most amazing national parks, Ao Phang Nga: an unspoilt area of the Strait of Malacca characterised by native mangrove forests and dotted with gorgeous limestone tower karst islands, the most famous being Khao Phing Kan, aka James Bond Island.
The other properties included in the complex are the seven-bedroomed Villa Tievoli, the six-bedroomed Villa Amarelo, Villa Cielo, Villa Malee Sai and Villa Essenza, and the four-bedroomed Villa Roxo. These amazing beachfront accommodations can also be combined and rented together to host large groups.
Outdoor living areas
Villa Aqua’s amazing and stylish outdoor terrace is a splendid place to gather, regenerate and unwind.
The fabulous 18-metre infinity-edge swimming pool offers beautiful ocean views and a spacious solarium furnished with comfortable sun loungers. The lovely outdoor lounge and the barbecue area are instead perfect to organise sunset cocktails and seafood dinner parties.
At the back, the villa also features a charming little garden patio with a bench and a colourful elegant statue.
For the outdoor lovers, the villa also provides paddle boards, boogie boards, bicycles and kayaks.
Indoor living areas
Villa Aqua is spread over three floors and boasts a contemporary, ultra-modern design.
The main living area of the property is located on the first floor and opens completely onto the pool terrace through large floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. This is a fantastic open-plan L-shaped space featuring an open modern kitchen with a bar counter, a dining area with a picnic-style table seating eight and a cozy, bright lounge corner fitted with a large comfortable sofa and designer chairs.
A fine staircase made of steel, wood and glass leads down to the a beautiful entertainment floor, which comprises a spacious games room decorated with big colourful paintings and fitted a large TV, Teatro sound system, a wine fridge, a table tennis, beanbags and Thai floor cushions. Next to the base of the staircase are also another lounge room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, and an office with a long wooden table and two loveseats.
To complement the villa's amazing indoor facilities, the ground floor also houses a beautiful spa, which features massage beds, a sauna, a steam room and a refreshingly cool plunge pool.
Bedrooms
Villa Aqua's gorgeous four bedrooms are all located on the upper floor, all beautifully decorated and fitted with TVs.
There are two Master Bedrooms, both stunning suites fronted by glass doors and featuring private balconies with amazing ocean views. The bedrooms feature king size beds and ensuite bathrooms with terrazzo stone tub.
On this same level we also have the two Guest Bedrooms. These comfortable suites share a bathroom with a shower and have twin beds that can easily be converted into king size beds.
Staff
The villa boasts an amazing and professional staff, which will offer a 5-star service and will assist the guests in anything they might need. The team comprises a villa manager, maids, full-time chefs and the estate security staff. Included in the rate is a delicious daily breakfast. The guests can also use the estate’s well-equipped gym free of charge.

We are very happy and impressed with our stay at Villa Aqua. The decorations and facilities are excellent and truly make our stay so comfortably. The staff, villa manager ( K.Oil ), Chef ( Ms.Oil ) and housekeeper ( Ms. Apple ) are wonderful. We couldn't have asked for more. We'll definitely come back! Thank you for such lovely stay. PS. 5/5It is much better than staying in a luxury hotel. It feels like a home but much more relaxing. I love the house decoration and the view outdoor is fantastic. I am not an outdoor person, yet I could feel the outdoor even staying indoors. The service was fantastic and we felt very pampered. May you continue to offer the service to your clients. I will certainly come back with my family. God Bless this house.
